Full payment is due 60 days prior to your departure date.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments must be made in the currency specified during the booking process.

While we strive to ensure all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any bookings made at an
incorrect price.
4. Cancellations and Changes
4.1 Cancellations by Customer
Cancellation fees apply based on the following schedule:
More than 90 days before departure: Administrative fee only (10% of total booking value)
60-90 days before departure: 25% of total booking value
30-60 days before departure: 50% of total booking value
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total booking value (no refund)
4.2 Changes by Customer
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees.
Name changes are permitted up to 30 days before departure and may incur a fee.
Date changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation policy.
4.3 Cancellations or Changes by Dazzle Holiday
We reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of your booking if necessary. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
In the event we must cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative vacation of comparable standard.
Dazzle Holiday is not liable for any consequential losses or expenses incurred due to cancellations or changes.
5. Travel Documentation and Requirements
5.1 Passports and Visas
All travelers must possess valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation for your destination.
Dazzle Holiday is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
5.2 Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all health requirements for your destination.

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, medical emergencies, repatriation, and personal liability. Dazzle Holiday is not responsible for any costs that may be covered by adequate travel insurance.
7. Liability and Limitations

If you encounter any issues during your trip, please contact our local representative or emergency contact immediately so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
8.2 After Your Trip
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the end of your trip. We will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to mediation under the rules of the appropriate dispute resolution service.
